I can't believe there are still people in the world who refuse to believe in evolution. Furthermore, I can't believe they tell their kids evolution is a lie and all that crap about Adam and Eve and snakes and fruit. Look, any person with half a brain can read the bible and see that it was more of cautionary parable than truth. But this is why I am so proud of my daughter. Some poor, misinformed kid was trying to tell her about creation and she laughed in his face and asked him if he still believed in Santa Clause too. She may be a little on the nerdy side, and I have a feeling that I may have to assault some children in the future for picking on her, but I could not be prouder. Her mother would be proud too. It's scary how similar their personalities already are. No, that's probably too awkward. Plus, she's a lot tougher than I was at that age, which is embarrassing to admit.
